Pre Ballet 2

Following the Pre Ballet 1 program, students will be taught basic arm positions – 1st, 2nd, 5th, bras bas and demi-seconde. Rises and releves will be taught at the barre. Center preparation exercises for glissades and balances will be introduced.

More stretching and conditioning will be done. After this program the students will develop good leg and back strength for Ballet 1.
